Dear Sirs,

We have a small house with a pool in the campo of Torrox which we rent sometimes through a German agency.
Because my English is not good enough I have the following questions: Does the German agency have to have all the required informations? And do the Junta fine the german agency if the informations are not available? If so, how can the Junta fine a foreign agency?

I would be glad, if you can answer my questions because I can't understand, why the decreto 218 is applicable on rentings.

Best regards and thank's a lot

We're a US company running real estate networks. Our Spanish network - www.spanishpropertynetwork.net offers property for sale in Spain including Andalucia.

I wonder if the new law affects real estate networks? We charge a monthly membership fee and list properties for agents and owners but do not sell direct to the public.

We also have a Spanish version at www.spanishpropertynetwork.es
