Please can you let me know if a rental or sale property is sold but still on the website is it necessary to have the documentation?

Also with regard to the above is it sufficient for the direct lister i.e. the agent who has contact with the owner to confirm to other collaborating agents they hold the documentation &#38; it can be provided at any time via email or fax or does each agent advertising a property have to hold hard copies of all required documents?
