Hi Jane: To comply with decree 218/2005 ALL paer work ande marketing materials must be in Spanish - english and other languages are optional, spanish is obligatory.

Given that we are in Spain and the official language of the country is Spanish then it logically needs to be written in Spanish. Try to think of the situation being reversed. If you were in the UK and an inspector came along to your Spanish Estate Agency and asked for the equivalent DIA form and you presented it to him in Spanish... what kind of reaction would you get?! :) Hope this helps.
